Qualifications

• Experience in operating model and organizational design within large organizations.
• Expertise in agility core practices and applying them to project delivery.

• Experience driving culture and behavior change and leadership development.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Background in employee engagement during major organizational change.
• Skilled in facilitation for diverse groups and discussions.
• Experience conducting leadership assessments and development.
• Extensive change management experience from conception to implementation.
• Proven ability to address workforce concerns during transformation.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state and develop data-driven solutions for transformational challenges.
