ScottishPower HQ, Glasgow (hybrid) seeks a People Solutions Consultant to design and deliver organisational design and Hay-based job evaluation projects within a fast-moving consultancy team. You will work with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear organisation structures, role profiles and accountabilities, leading workstreams on medium-sized initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Hay job evaluation experience.
• Consultancy experience.
• Experience delivering HR solutions and projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and implement organisational design and Hay-based job evaluation projects.
• Lead small to medium scale organisational design and people solutions projects.
• Manage workstreams and develop project plans.
• Deliver HR solutions using established policies and tools.
• Engage stakeholders and report on delivery progress.
