ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, seeks an HR Project Manager for the Solutions Team in Glasgow (hybrid). You will deliver HR solutions and major programmes, aligning with Iberdrola principles and stakeholder needs, across a matrix organisation.

The role focuses on change, design, and employee experience within a fast-paced consultancy model. You’ll manage complex data and engage senior leaders to drive organisational performance while navigating risks and governance requirements.

Competenze

• Broad HR and senior consultancy experience at a strategic level.
• Significant experience delivering complex change and HR programmes from initiation to delivery.
• Experience delivering organisational design at team to enterprise level.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and analysis with people implications.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage senior stakeholders.
