We have a current vacancy on a part time basis for someone to join our friendly team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to carry out the processing and dispatching of sales orders from our warehouse, as well as assisting with customer service enquiries for our family run equestrian business.
The successful candidate will be:
Computer literate with strong attention to detail. Work well on their own and as part of a team. Experience of equestrian disciplines is essential.
Have relevant experience which reflects the role.
Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers on the phone and by email.
A team player.
Good IT skills and ability to learn new technology.
Previous use of CRM software would be advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of equestrian disciplines is essential.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Processing picking, packing and shipping orders.
Answering telephone and email enquiries.
Unpacking deliveries. (this is a physical role)
Maintain stockroom standards in line with company expectations.
Regularly replenish stock to ensure that all lines are in their relevant bays
Regular stock counting.
Monitoring status of goods and informing customers of any delays.
Repackaging products.
Processing returns.
Full training will be provided, however experience of order processing in an office environment would be preferred.
Job Types: Part-Time (22 hours a week - 10:00 - 16:00 Monday-Thursday)

This is an office based post so candidates need to live locally to HP22 - just outside Aylesbury, and have your own transport.
