Job summary

Crittall Windows Ltd, based at head office in Witham, is seeking an Order Processor to join the Order Processing Team. You will produce fabrication documents, transfer CAD data to configurator software, and create CAD drawings for windows and doors.

The role requires experience with LogiKal, SchuCAL or Klaes and strong Microsoft Excel/Word skills, with collaboration across departments and supply chain partners to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience using computer-based order processing software such as LogiKal, SchuCAL or Klaes is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills are required to manage documents and data.
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings for fabrication documentation.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Job Title: Order Processor
• Department: Order Processing
• Reporting to: Order Processing Team Leader
• Place of Work: Head Office, Witham, Essex
• Purpose: Produce fabrication documentation including profile cutting & machining instructions, bills of materials and technical CAD drawings using state-of-the-art Microsoft Windows based window & door configurator software
• Internal Contacts: Heads of Department, Senior Managers and all other employees
• External Contacts: Crittall Specialist Reseller Partners & Supply Chain Partners
