Job summary

Omnia Resourcing is opening a brand-new warehouse site in Rugby and is recruiting for Order Pickers operating at heights up to 14 metres. Full training is provided, with potential for a permanent role after a qualifying period.

Role requires warehouse experience, willingness to work a 5 out of 6 shift pattern, and a DBS/Drug test. High-Level Order Picker experience is desirable; own transport is advantageous for site access.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• No HLOP licence required – full training provided.
• Must be comfortable working at height.
• Ability to work within a narrow aisle environment; HLOP/VNA experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking orders while operating at heights of up to 14 metres.
• Working in very narrow aisles within a VNA warehouse environment.
• Completing general warehouse and manual handling duties.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Completing rope escape training as part of the site induction.
• Supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining a clean and organised working area.
