Job summary

Omnia Resourcing is recruiting for an Order Picker at heights for a Sherburn in Elmet site. The role involves manual picking using HLOP trucks with training provided and no licence required. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for full-time permanent roles after a qualifying period.

The job requires physical fitness, comfort with heights, and a reliable transport option due to site location. Shifts include early and late hours with Sunday off and some Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• No licence required; full training provided.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment.
• Physically fit for standing, manual role.
• Willing to work a 5 out of 6 shift pattern (Sunday off, every other Saturday).
• Own transport essential due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately at heights up to 14 meters.
• Work from a standing position in very narrow aisles (VNA environment).
• Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties.
• Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness.
• Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area.
