Job summary

Omnia Resourcing is recruiting for an Order Picker at heights at one of our client sites in Sherburn in Elmet. The role involves manual picking at heights up to 14 meters using HLOP trucks, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

No licence is required and full training is provided; previous warehouse experience is preferred. You must be comfortable with heights, busy aisles, and rope escape procedures as part of induction.

Qualifications

• No licence required – training provided.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.
• HLOP experience highly desirable.
• Physically fit for standing and manual work.
• Flexible to a 5 out of 6 shift pattern (Sunday off, every other Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters.
• Work from a standing position in very narrow aisles (VNA environment).
• Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties.
• Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (induction).
• Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area.
