Job summary

Omnia Resourcing is recruiting for a motivated Order Picker / Forklift Driver at heights for a client site in Sherburn in Elmet. The role involves manual handling, order picking at heights up to 14m using HLOP trucks, and following site safety procedures.

Training is provided and full transport is preferable due to site location. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers regular pay, shift patterns (AM/PM), and potential for permanent employment after a qualifying period, with teams described as

Qualifications

• No licence required; full training provided.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height and rope escape equipment in emergencies.
• HLOP experience desirable; VNA experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters.
• Work from a standing position in very narrow aisles (VNA environment).
• Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties.
• Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (induction).
• Support team operations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
