• Strong customer-service mindset and the ability to manage expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Organisational and time-management skills; ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem solving and collaborative teamwork.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate order information, including supplier acknowledgements and back-order reports.
• Process and manage a range of orders, including direct deliveries and software licensing orders.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve order queries and delivery issues.
• Support proactive management and resourcing of purchase orders.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to internal and external customers.
• Build relationships with suppliers and improve delivery performance and ETA accuracy.
• Monitor overdue orders and expedite deliveries where required.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and elevate issues appropriately.
• Manage inbox queries from customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with coordination of larger or more complex customer orders.
