This Order Management role sits within the Procurement team, providing day-to-day support to ensure accurate order processing for multinational customers.

You will manage a busy shared inbox, chase suppliers for ETA updates, and keep customers informed on order status while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi task and work well under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing order confirmations received into the inbox related to Multinational orders
• Manage fullMultinational backlog of orders, liaising with international suppliers on ETA dates and delivery date
• Working with distribution and Purchasers on order queries
• Provide POD's & ETA's on request
• Resourcing goods to completeorders
• Responsible for managing a busy shared inbox via Outlook

The Procurement department are responsible for processing all customer orders whilst achieving high standards of order accuracy. We are a highly motivated group of individuals who collectively work together to ensure that our reputation as a first-class Procurement team is upheld.

Drive Softcat's Success

This role sits within the Support Team providing day to day support to a busy Procurement and Sales team. This varied and fast paced role will give you insight into the overall purchasing process. Working as an integral member of the team you will be responsible for looking after the teams shared inbox which can include requests and queries from both internal and external contacts. You will also be responsible for chasing our suppliers for all outstanding orders and maintaining accurate ETA and invoice dates to ensure our customers are kept informed on the status of their order.

As an Order Management Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:
