Job summary

Softcat plc is seeking a Senior Order Management Executive to lead complex creditor, shipment and backorder activities, overseeing invoicing responsibilities and escalation points within the Order Management function.

You will drive improvements, mentor the team, and collaborate with procurement and wider stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely orders and enhanced service levels.

Responsibilities

• Owning complex creditor, shipment and backorder activities
• Comprehensive understanding of invoicing responsibilities within all areas of Order Management
• Managing shared inboxes and acting as the first point of escalation for the team
• Monitoring supplier SLAs and driving improvements in service and accuracy
• Leading & supporting process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Strong collaboration across wider procurement teams
• Building strong stakeholder relationships to resolve escalations effectively
• Coaching, mentoring and driving knowledge sharing throughout the team
• Driving continuous improvement through innovation, project leadership and personal development

As a Senior Order ManagementExecutive, you'll be responsible for:
