Softcat is seeking a Multinational Dedicated Sales Support to join a vibrant, collaborative sales team. You will assist with day-to-day quotes, coordinate with vendors and distributors, and support account managers to keep the sales process running smoothly.

As a Multinational Dedicated Sales Support you will be working as an integral member of an energetic and ambitious sales team. You will be working alongside the sales team, assistingwith the day to day provision of quotes, liaising with vendors & distributors and other internal departments.

As Multinational Dedicated Sales Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

• Provide IT product quotes and source the equipment to enable to sales process to run effortlessly.
• Organise the workflow of sales support services to the designated sales personnel.
• Obtain prices for product requests - negotiating and margin conscious
• Deal with customer enquiries while working alongside different departments within the business.
• Deliver verbal and written communications with account managers.
• Interact with other IT partner companies and distributors.
• Log orders onto the internal database.

We'd love you to have

• Excellent communicator - both written and oral - must be able to confidently convey actions
• Highly organised and resourceful, with great attention to detail
• Inquisitive - willing to ask lots of questions to understand scope and learn as much as possible.
  An interest in technology is an advantage
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships – with customers and partners.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for fast turn-around times.
• Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve results.
• Exceptional Inbox management skills
• Experience with Dynamics 365
