Qualifications

  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Kundenservice.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Team zu arbeiten.

Responsibilities

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verwaltung von Bestellungen.
  • Organisation des Versands in die UK, EU, USA und weltweit.

Job description

I am currently working with an impressive & long-standing company based in the Carnforth area to recruit an Order & Dispatch on a 3-month contract basis. Looking at part time initially with a few to increasing to full time after initial handover period.
The team are diverse, hardworking & all have a fab sense of humour so we are looking for someone that can slot into the team and do a great job!

Duties include:

  • Dealing with customers via phone & email - managing queries
  • Quoting customers on items & parts
  • Raising orders on the system
  • Arranging dispatch to UK/EU/US & worldwide


Skills required for success:

  • Experience within admin/order/dispatch
  • Understanding of Mechanical trade is desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Full clean driving licence

What's on offer

  • Contract type: 3 month fixed term contract (may be extended)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours (full time) 22.5 part time
