A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINEN PORTER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Correctly count incoming/departing linen
• Distribute linen across the hotel
• Provide the housekeeping team with the correct items
• Ensure hotel corridors are free of linen and glassware
• Clean fans
• Report any linen shortages and damages to your Line Manager

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Team-focused, ready to support others to keep service flowing.
• Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling peak times with ease.
