Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL.
• Java programming and basic Unix shell scripting.
• Flexcube and/or OBDX experience.
• Background in Financial Services or Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Core Banking applications within a Financial Services or Online Banking environment.
• Manage batch cycles and transaction processing.
• Maintain detailed service support documentation.
• Take ownership of critical applications, incidents, and service requests.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software issues.
