A global professional services firm at the forefront of enterprise transformation is seeking an Oracle Payroll & HCM Senior Manager to join their Powered Apps team. As part of a collaborative, tech-focused environment, you’ll help drive high-impact HR and Payroll change programmes for some of the UK’s most recognised organisations, using Oracle Cloud technology and pre-configured transformation frameworks.

As Oracle Payroll & HCM Senior Manager, you will:

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle HCM and Payroll implementations across various industries.
2. Guide clients through HR and Payroll transformation initiatives, improving service delivery and process performance.
3. Advise on Oracle capabilities across HR operations including onboarding, absence management, self-service, payroll, and offboarding.
4. Provide strategic input during bids and proposals, playing an active role in contract and commercial discussions.
5. Support the development of the practice by sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, and contributing to thought leadership.
6. Manage system integrations and data migration activities, ensuring clean data, smooth transitions, and long-term scalability.
7. Work collaboratively across internal Powered HR teams to identify broader transformation opportunities.
8. Champion the firm's values and lead by example, developing junior consultants through coaching and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Demonstrated success delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM projects.
2. Deep understanding of Oracle HCM and Payroll functionality and its real-world application to business operations.
3. Hands-on experience leading transformation workstreams and managing teams across the full project lifecycle.
4. In-depth knowledge of core HR and Payroll processes and legislation.
5. Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex topics.
6. Comfort working in both agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
7. Prior experience in both functional and technical roles within HR technology projects.
8. Familiarity with system design documents, configuration specs, use cases, and process flows.
9. Collaborative working style and the ability to develop strong internal and client relationships.
10. Commercially aware and driven to learn and thrive in fast-paced environments.
11. Exposure to other HCM systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors (desirable).
12. Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance is essential.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Educated to degree level
• Workday / ServiceNow Certifications (desirable)
