The Role
As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are seeking talented individuals with experience in Oracle implementations. This is a high-profile role requiring a balance of business development, sales origination, and client delivery.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality Oracle Payroll and HCM deployment projects as an Engagement Manager.
- Provide specialist Oracle advice, working closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize benefits.
- Advise clients on the transformational aspects of Oracle related to HR operating model, self-service, service delivery, portal, virtual agent, and HR processes like Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, and Offboarding.
- Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bids, proposals, and negotiations with Oracle clients.
- Support the growth of the Powered HR practice by sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership, and mentoring team members.
- Advise on technical integration of Oracle with other client and third-party applications such as payroll, benefits, and finance systems.
- Guide on data migration and data integrity during deployment.
- Collaborate across teams within Powered HR to maximize client offerings.
- Model company values and principles, leading by example.
- Assist in goal development and coaching of staff to foster team growth.
Experience Required
- Proven success in delivering Oracle Payroll and HCM programs.
- Advanced understanding of Oracle products.
- Experience leading HR transformation projects, managing teams and workstreams.
- Knowledge of Payroll and HR processes.
- Experience with other HCM cloud products like Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors (desirable).
- Comfortable with agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Experience in functional and/or technical roles in HR system delivery.
- Experience producing project deliverables such as requirements, specifications, and process flows.
- Ability to adapt approach based on situation and learn technology quickly.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Functional knowledge of HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Case Management applications is an advantage.
- Experience as a configuration expert or project manager in enterprise software deployment.
- Commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be eligible and able to obtain and maintain National Security Vetting at the Security Check (SC) level.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education.
- Oracle Certifications (desirable).
- ServiceNow / Workday Certifications (desirable).
