At the heart of Next we have the HR Tech team supporting all of head office, retail, finance and our warehouses - that’s over 50,000 people! Oracle was introduced to support such a large and growing workforce and will ensure that our people continue to be at the heart of Next by ensuring we have the software we need to develop current talent, attract new talent to join us as well as the oh so important payroll aspects.
About the role
Join us as our Scrum Master and you’ll be right in the heart of the action, bringing the experience and attitude to power better ways of doing business. From leading the way as a dynamic and moral guide for your team, to facilitating the Scrum process at every point, you’re our go-to for driving tech efficiency.
