Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Test Manager to take ownership of test execution across a full Oracle Cloud suite rollout. This is a high-visibility role within a major transformation programme for a UK local government organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the approved Oracle Cloud Test Strategy
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate daily test activities across functional areas, integrations, and reporting
• Own all aspects of test planning and delivery, including SIT and UAT phases
• Coordinate development of test cases and business scenarios with client teams
• Track, escalate, and resolve issues related to testing phases and outcomes

Key Skills Required

• Demonstrated success managing test delivery for a full Oracle Cloud implementation
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM testing lifecycle and toolsets
• Experience working with UK public sector or local government clients
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
