Job description

Description: My client, a leading Oracle Cloud Consulting partner, is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager with skills across HCM and ERP. The role involves delivering high-standard Programmes and Projects aligned with agreed deliverables, on-time and within budget. The Project Manager will ensure all Clients, post-Implementation, become positive reference sites. Additionally, they will oversee other Projects delivered by colleagues, acting as a senior reviewer and championing standards and good practices.

5 Key Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud, with demonstrable examples of delivering large-scale Oracle Projects.
• Strong Client-facing and Consultancy experience, capable of building lasting relationships.
• Proven full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle-based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs.
• Must be eligible for UK Government Security Clearance at SC Level.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Project planning and leadership.
• Stakeholder management.
• Planning and leading client-facing workshops and meetings, demonstrating significant domain knowledge.
• Creating well-structured and accurate deliverables such as Project Plans, status reports, and governance documents.
• Managing project risks and issues, proposing mitigations, and communicating risks to clients and the Consulting Director through monthly reports.
