Job summary

ALOIS UK is seeking a technical Payroll Software Developer with demonstrable Oracle HCM Payroll experience in the UK. The role focuses on Oracle HCM Payroll processing, runbooks, retrospective calculations, and related development tasks.

Ideal candidates will have OIC integration development, SQL/PLSQL proficiency, and experience with Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL/AD, HCM Extract, and OTBI reporting within Oracle Fusion environments. This is a hands-on role in a corporate services setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll configurations, runbooks, and retrospective calculations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and elements configuration.
• Experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and debugging Fast Formula.
• Proficient SQL/PLSQL development for payroll data handling and integrations.
• Familiarity with OTBI/BI reporting and Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Payroll is the core service being worked on and improved continuously.
• Developing changes within the payroll space to support business needs.
• Not project-based; provide ongoing support and deliver high-priority payroll changes.
• Work with a DevOps approach to payroll development and deployment.
