Job summary

Access Computer Consulting plc is seeking an Oracle HCM Software Developer for a hybrid contract role in Bristol, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The position falls inside IR35 and requires working through an umbrella company.

The successful candidate will bring Oracle HCM Payroll expertise, strong SQL/PLSQL, and experience building OIC integrations. Government sector experience within the last 12 months is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in central government in the last 12 months.
• Oracle payroll processing, payroll runbooks, retrospective payroll calculations/processes, payroll tables and development activities.
• Experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, SQL and PLSQL.
• Experience in corporate services or shared services environments.
• Familiar with Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HDL, HSDL/AD, OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC.

• Implement and maintain OIC integrations and payroll-related modules.

I am recruiting for an Oracle HCM Software Developer to work on a hybrid basis - 3 days in Bristol, 2 days remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

Candidates MUST have worked within central government in the last 12 months.

I am looking for a technical Payroll Software Developer with demonstrable Oracle HCM Payroll experience. The role requires a strong understanding of Oracle payroll processing, payroll runbooks, retrospective payroll calculations/processes, payroll tables and associated development activities.

Candidates must have experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, SQL and PLSQL.

You will have experience of working in a corporate services or shared services environment.

You will be expected to understand some or all the following functionality - Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL/AD), OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC.
