The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology-focused professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, ensuring professional delivery to clients. They leverage their functional knowledge (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) and expertise in cloud applications (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements to Powered Enterprise. As demand grows, KPMG is expanding its S&D - Powered Apps team and seeks IT management consultants with relevant experience.

What will you be doing?

• Developing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and understanding product capabilities.
• Leading delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes.
• Leading client meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups.
• Managing offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or processes for deployment.
• Building lasting client relationships and expanding your experience to meet client needs.

What will you need to do it?

• Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM cloud module.
• Expertise in Core HCM module.
• Background as a Functional Consultant advising on HR business processes.
• Experience leading client meetings and workshops.
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including offshore team management.
• Consultancy experience, including pre-sales and business development activities.

Skills we’d love to see / Additional assets:

• Experience with other Oracle HCM packages such as Benefits, Workforce Modeling, or Work Life.
