About the Role

A leading professional services consultancy, renowned for enterprise transformation, seeks an Oracle HCM Manager to join their Powered Apps team. They focus on rapid ROI and seamless cloud deployments using a six-layer operating model.

Responsibilities

1. Develop end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions, integrating industry standards with product capabilities.
2. Lead delivery of workstreams, managing offshore teams through configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
3. Facilitate client workshops and steering meetings with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and manage change.
4. Oversee design, configuration, and testing of HCM modules to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
5. Build strong client relationships, identify future opportunities, and extend service scope.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM Cloud module as a functional consultant.
• Proven track record in advising on HR processes and delivering end-to-end workstreams.
• Ability to lead offshore teams and negotiate scope adjustments.
• Consultancy experience supporting pre-sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience with additional Oracle HCM packages such as Benefits, Workforce Modelling, or Work Life.
