Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Manager to lead cloud recruitment workstreams across UK client organisations. The role is based in London, Manchester or Birmingham with travel to client sites on an ad hoc basis.

The candidate will drive successful Oracle Cloud implementations and collaborate with the UK Oracle team to deliver end-to-end HR solutions. The role requires 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience, strong HR process knowledge, and excellent communication to manage client

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud workstream lead implementation experience across multiple modules including Core HR.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM setup and HR business processes.
• Certified in 1 Oracle Module.
• Experience of critical data required for data migration.
• Strong knowledge of typical integration touchpoints, e.g. HCM.
• Understanding HR processes and challenges.
• Great communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams designing and delivering Oracle Cloud Recruitment solutions for cross-industry organisations, including government.
• Broaden your own leadership, application and consulting skills and career within a supportive professional consulting environment.
• Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team.
• Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.
