Job summary
Accenture is recruiting an Oracle HCM Cloud Manager to lead cloud recruitment workstreams across multiple industries, including government. The role involves collaborating with the UK Oracle team, developing leadership and consulting skills, and managing client relationships across UK sites.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience, strong HR process knowledge, and proven delivery capability in complex ERP/HR programs. Occasional travel to client sites will be required.

We are looking for candidates that excel in working in a client facing environment with passion and proven delivery and functional skills. Candidates should be able to approach client challenges in an informed, structured and innovative way. Ideally, you have 5+ years of prior experience on Oracle cloud applications.

- We are looking for the following experience and skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud workstream lead implementation experience across multiple modules including Core HR
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM setup and HR Business processes
- Certified in 1 Oracle Module
- Experience of critical data required for data migration
- Strong knowledge of typical integration touchpoints, e.g. HCM
- Understanding HR processes and challenges.
- Great communication and client-facing skills.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud’s AI capabilities and Agents
- An appreciation of the influence of user experience-based design e.g. Personas, user journeys and how this can be used to augment a solution
- Experience with functional data conversion, transformation and reconciliation
- An understanding of the functional, application and technical implementation approach elements of an Oracle Cloud ERP programme
