Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk Consultant to join a high-profile programme delivering modern, employee-centric HR service solutions within a secure enterprise environment. You will lead the design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Fusion Help Desk to support and engage the workforce.

You’ll work with business stakeholders, HR teams and technical specialists to deliver best-practice Oracle HCM solutions, influencing HR service delivery strategies and working

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Help Desk implementation experience.
• End-to-end Oracle HCM project delivery experience.
• Knowledge of service requests, SLAs, escalations, queues.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Core HR and wider Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Help Desk solutions.
• Design and configure Help Desk features including case management, routing, queues, SLAs.
• Ensure Help Desk alignment with Oracle HCM Core HR processes.
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support end-to-end processes.
• Demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and drive requirements through to implementation.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and transition into support.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide functional leadership throughout delivery.
