Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk Consultant to join a high-profile programme delivering modern HR service solutions within a secure enterprise environment. You will shape the design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Fusion Help Desk, transforming how organisations support and engage their workforce.

You will work with business stakeholders, HR teams and architects to deliver best-practice Oracle HCM solutions that improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Help Desk.
• Experience in design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Understanding of service requests, SLAs, queues, and agent functionality.
• Experience delivering Oracle HCM projects through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and advise clients on Oracle Fusion Help Desk best practices.
• Design and configure Help Desk functionality including case management, routing, queues and SLAs.
• Ensure Help Desk solutions align with wider Oracle HCM processes.
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams for end-to-end processes.
• Demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and drive requirements to implementation.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and transition into support.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide functional leadership during delivery.
