Job Description

The successful Oracle Fusion Specialist will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in identifying and correcting historical pay calculations by recalculating pay and deduction elements over possibly 3 years, working closely with the current SI to identify and test absence and other system fixes for the payroll team.
2. Leading guidance and training of current payroll staff on identifying and testing pay or formula issues, providing detailed guidance notes on findings and proposed solutions.
3. Assisting the current project lead with automating the pay uplift process.
4. Reviewing live payroll runs with the payroll team to identify, report, and test fixes, and confirming findings to the current SI.
5. Testing proposed solutions against current payroll issues in Oracle Cloud, working between the SI and payroll team to ensure system fixes are tested and resolved, providing live data for sign-off.

What's on Offer

£350 - £400 per day, dependent on experience (rate to umbrella). This role is inside scope of IR35.
