The Head of Structured Finance will lead the growth and delivery of Structured Finance Services across the BCMGlobal group of companies, with cross-jurisdictional responsibility for business development, client relationship management and service excellence.

What you’ll do

The Head of Structured Finance will be involved in the following activities:

• Lead the BCMGlobal structured finance business, overseeing loan servicing on commercial real estate, development and infrastructure loans, CMBS and syndicated loan transactions, and facility and security agency services.
• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to grow the structured finance service offering and client base and expand market presence.
• Drive revenue growth and client satisfaction through effective client relationship management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the local structured finance servicing teams, ensuring best-in-class operational procedures, high-quality service delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the local structured finance servicing teams.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the European structured finance market, including industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including clients, prospective clients, competitors, market intermediaries and regulatory authorities.
• Represent BCMGlobal at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote the company's structured finance business.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the financial services sector, with leadership experience within competitor firms or global banks.
• Deep knowledge of structured finance products, services and markets.
• Proven track record managing structured finance and commercial loan portfolios.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• A willingness to proactively engage and support operational delivery to ensure that the structured finance team delivers an exceptional service for our clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
