We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Oracle to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations and post-implementation support across global operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate multi-country challenges, diverse regulatory environments, and multicultural team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Leadership: Define and implement governance frameworks for enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion ERP programs.
2. Strategic Alignment: Develop program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Oracle’s strategic direction.
3. Execution & Oversight: Manage large-scale ERP rollouts, integrating Oracle Fusion across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and T&A systems.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure program success.
5. Financial & Risk Management: Oversee program budgets, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
6. Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Your Expertise:

1. Proven Oracle Fusion Experience: Hands-on expertise in full-cycle implementations.
2. Global Operations & Compliance: Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and manage multi-country ERP deployments.
3. IT & Business Integration: Background in system integrations, cloud applications, data governance, and change management.
4. Leadership & Collaboration: Experience managing diverse teams, system integrators, and offshore resources in complex enterprise environments.
5. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
6. Exceptional Communication: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Flexibility to Travel: Willing to travel internationally (30-50%).
8. Multilingual Advantage: Fluent in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
