Imperial is seeking a Solution Architect for People & Finance to lead architecture across Oracle Fusion (HCM and ERP/Financials) and broader enterprise systems. You will design secure, scalable solutions aligned to Imperial’s Digital Strategy, ensuring governance and API-first approaches.

You will collaborate with product, platform, and People & Finance teams to drive data flows, integrations, and reporting while applying AI and automation within policy. Flexible/hybrid working is offered.

Competenze

Design complex enterprise solutions in large, federated organizations.
Experience delivering or architecting Oracle Fusion (HCM/ERP/Financials) solutions.
Knowledge of people, payroll, finance and procurement processes supported by ERP.
Understand Fusion integration, extensibility and reporting (APIs, BI).
Full lifecycle experience from discovery to live service and decommissioning.
Awareness of cloud, API-first, secure-by-design architectures.

Mansioni

Own the Oracle Fusion architecture and ensure configuration/extension/integration follow EA principles.
Design data flows between Fusion and other Imperial applications with secure, governed integrations.
Lead solution architectures across People & Finance aligned to strategy and roadmaps.
Apply AI and automation to improve efficiency and user experience within policy.
Contribute to governance bodies and review solution designs across ICT portfolio.
Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, champion modern engineering practices.
Facilitate architecture decisions with stakeholders across People, Payroll, Finance and Procurement.
