Job summary

Silver Birch Rec Ltd T/A Etech Partners is seeking an experienced Enterprise / Solutions Architect to drive Oracle Fusion in a complex global ERP programme. The role focuses on bridging business strategy, processes and technology architecture across Finance, Procurement, HR and Tax domains.

You will lead major transformation initiatives, shape target and transition architectures, and engage senior stakeholders to accelerate core business processes within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an experienced Enterprise / Solutions Architect.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and wider Finance and HR business systems.
• Experience in Enterprise / Solutions Architecture within a large enterprise.
• ERP implementation and business transformation experience.
• Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP expertise.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, HR and Tax processes.
• Ability to act as a thought leader and SME in Oracle Fusion optimisation.
• Experience in requirements, process design and fit/gap analysis.
• Experience in target, transition and solution architecture.
• Senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework experience.
• Oracle ERP certification is desirable.
