RED Global are supporting a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme within the UK public sector. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Payroll solutions across a large-scale UK-wide environment.

You will run workshops, support testing, advise on integrations and data migration, and deliver clear business-focused solutions using HDL, HCM Extracts and BI reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll in large-scale environments.
• Ability to run workshops and lead CRPs with stakeholders.
• Experience with testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and payroll parallel runs.

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations for UK public sector clients.
• Configure and support Payroll and Absence modules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, CRPs, playback sessions and stakeholder demonstrations.
