Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an Oracle Finance Systems Leader to drive strategy and transformation of the Oracle ecosystem across finance operations. The role partners with Finance Global Process Ownership, IT ERP Ops, Security, Internal Control, Enterprise Architecture, and senior finance leaders to maximise the value of Oracle investments and align with finance priorities.

You will oversee solution enhancements, automation, and migrations, ensuring delivery against timelines and value realisation, while

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading Oracle ERP and enterprise applications within large multinational organisations.
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EPM capabilities.
Experience delivering large-scale Oracle transformation and migration programmes.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain partnership with Oracle and AVEVA finance priorities.
Evaluate Oracle capabilities and identify automation, AI, analytics, and reporting opportunities.
Develop and execute the enterprise Oracle systems strategy aligned with AVEVA's roadmap.
Own Oracle solutions including Financials, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management and EPM.
Drive Oracle transformation initiatives, migrations and technology programmes.
Ensure delivery of Oracle implementations on time, budget, and with desired outcomes.
Maintain governance for Oracle enhancements, releases, and change management.
Collaborate with Finance leadership and Process Owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
