AVEVA seeks an Oracle Finance Systems Leader to steer the Oracle ecosystem across London and Cambridge. You will align Oracle roadmap with AVEVA finance transformation, deliver enhancements, and manage integrations to support financial reporting and growth.

You will partner with Finance leaders and IT to maximise ROI, drive automation, and ensure regulatory compliance in a complex multinational environment.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading Oracle ERP environments in large multinationals.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and EPM capabilities and methods.
• Experience delivering large-scale Oracle transformation and migration programmes.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and enterprise systems architecture.
• Understanding of SOX, PCAOB, ITGC and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain partnership with Oracle, aligning roadmap and AVEVA priorities.
• Drive Oracle transformation initiatives, migrations and change management.
• Lead governance for enhancements, releases and change control.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions for Finance.
• Ensure SOX compliance, security standards and regulatory requirements.
