Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an Oracle Systems Leader to drive strategic leadership and transformation of the Oracle ecosystem, aligning Oracle's roadmap with AVEVA’s Finance digital transformation priorities. The role oversees solution enhancements, automation, and delivery against timelines and value realization, partnering with Finance Global Process Ownership, IT ERP Ops, Security, and Enterprise Architecture.

The candidate will own Oracle solutions including Financials, Procurement, Projects, Revenue

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading Oracle ERP and enterprise application environments in large multinationals.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EPM capabilities and implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with finance leadership and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain partnerships with Oracle, tracking roadmap and releases.
Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, analytics, and reporting within Oracle.
Develop Oracle solution roadmaps aligned with AVEVA’s business and technology strategy.
Own Oracle solutions including Financials, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management, EPM, and integrations.
Drive Oracle transformation initiatives, migrations, and related change management.
