Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Finance Systems Delivery Lead to drive the global Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollout across 40+ countries. You will coordinate functional and technical workstreams, manage production BAU escalations, and ensure on-time delivery of Financials, Procurement, PPM, Subscriptions, and RMCS modules.

Based in London or Cambridge, this permanent role requires strong stakeholder management, RAID experience, and ability to partner with IT and business teams to stabilise the ERP platform and

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of ERP delivery experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading finance/back-office transformation projects.
• Experience managing BAU incidents and escalations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting RAID logs, testing cycles, cutover activities, and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Delivery coordination across functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Support PMs with delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and sequencing.
• Manage RAID and provide timely updates with PMs.
• Oversee readiness, cutover planning, and UAT support.
• Ensure delivery activities meet budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support on high-priority issues.
• Provide hypercare support and post-go-live BAU escalation management.
