Job summary

AVEVA seeks an Oracle Finance Systems Leader to steer the Oracle ERP ecosystem, align Oracle roadmaps with AVEVA’s finance transformation priorities, and ensure secure, scalable, compliant financial operations.

You will partner with Finance GPO, IT ERP Ops, Security and Internal Audit to deliver enhancements, migrations, and value realisation while guiding cross-functional teams through complex transformations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Oracle ERP and enterprise applications in large multinational orgs.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EPM capabilities, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience delivering large-scale Oracle transformation and migration programmes.
• Strong knowledge of finance business processes and wider enterprise systems architecture.
• Understanding of SOX, PCAOB, ITGC, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnership with Oracle, being at the forefront of their roadmap and releases.
• Evaluate emerging Oracle capabilities and identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, analytics, and reporting.
• Develop and execute the enterprise Oracle systems strategy aligned with AVEVA's business roadmap.
• Own Oracle solutions including Financials, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management, EPM capabilities, and integrations.
• Drive Oracle transformation initiatives, migrations, and strategic technology programmes with change management.
• Drive Oracle implementation projects, delivering on time, budget, quality and outcomes.
• Establish governance for enhancements, releases, and change management.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Support IT vendor management across Oracle environments.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and security standards.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and infra teams on aligned tech strategies.
• Support internal and external audit activities related to Oracle systems.
