Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst to act as a functional and technical liaison. You will design and configure business capabilities and solutions across finance and supply chain, collaborating with stakeholders and driving testing activities.

You will develop requirements, guide UAT, document scripts, and translate processes into technical specs, while proposing improvements and delivering clear wireframes and process flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Oracle ERP, with knowledge of Oracle SCM and EPM considered a plus.
• Extensive business process knowledge across finance and supply chain functions (inventory, order, warehouse, logistics).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working cross-functionally.
• Experience gathering requirements, planning user acceptance testing, and documenting testing scripts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional and technical liaison to design and configure business capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and plan user acceptance testing.
• Document testing requirements and scripts; oversee testing execution.
• Identify dependencies and translate process flows into business requirements and technical specifications.
• Propose solutions or improvements to business processes via new technology or better use of existing tech.
• Produce specifications, process flows, mock-ups, and wireframes.
