Arup is hiring a Finance ERP Business Analyst Support to join its Finance Strategic Transformation Programme, delivering Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM globally. This early-career role develops expertise in finance systems, business analysis and digital transformation while contributing to a major change programme.

You will work with finance, technology and transformation specialists to design and deliver modern finance processes, improve efficiency and user experience across Arup’s global

Formación

• Strong interest in finance systems, ERP platforms, and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Clear documentation and effective stakeholder communication are essential.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and develop.
• Degree, internship, placement, graduate programme or early-career role in finance or business analysis is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, document and validate business requirements for Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Develop process documentation, functional specs, test scripts and artefacts.
• Contribute to finance process design and best-practice ways of working.
• Support data migration including preparation, validation and reconciliation.
• Assist with system testing, defect tracking and issue resolution.
• Capture reporting requirements and support reporting solutions.
• Contribute to training, user adoption and business readiness activities.
• Maintain programme actions, risks, issues and project documentation.
