Job summary

Arup is seeking a Finance ERP Business Analyst Support to join the Finance Strategic Transformation Programme. You will help design and deliver modern finance processes globally, improving efficiency, decision-making and user experience across the organisation.

You will work with finance, technology and transformation specialists to support requirements, documentation, testing and training, with scope across Oracle Fusion Finance and related reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Interest in finance systems, ERP, and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Clear documentation and stakeholder communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Support gathering, documenting and validating requirements for Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Develop process documentation, functional specs, test scripts and artefacts.
• Contribute to finance process design and configuration reviews.
• Assist data migration activities including preparation, validation and reconciliation.
• Support system testing, defect tracking and issue resolution.
• Assist capture of reporting requirements and support reporting solutions.
• Contribute to training, user adoption and business readiness activities.
• Maintain programme actions, risks, issues and project documentation.
