About The Job You're Considering

The Engagement Manager is a key role on a project, responsible for delivering against contracts, exceeding client expectations, achieving engagement targets, identifying opportunities for additional business, and ensuring project management rules are followed.

Your role

• Ensure compliance with UK UPM, project management rules, and mandatory requirements.
• Manage contracts, change control, and deliverables within time and budget.
• Oversee engagement success, financial reporting, and client invoicing.
• Utilize mandated tools like UK UPM, e-Monitoring, e-Collaborative.
• Manage security, data protection incidents, and breaches.

Your Skills And Experience

• Understanding of methods and tools, project planning, and tracking.
• Leadership, communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
• Risk management, client obligations, financial management, and dependency management.
• Experience with Oracle full lifecycle implementation, requirements, design, build, and implementation, especially with ERP/Package engagements.
• Demonstrated success as an Engagement Manager.

Your security clearance

Must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring UK residence for the last 5 years and other criteria.
