Job summary

Annapurna is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Release Manager to join our team in London, supporting UK public sector deployments. You will own the end-to-end release lifecycle for Oracle HRMS EBS in an AMS environment, ensuring smooth deployments and robust compliance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage regression testing, SIT/UAT, and maintain RAID logs and RAG status to minimise disruption to payroll and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence and related technical components to effectively manage and support releases.
• Release Management in AMS — defining release strategy, calendars and deployment plans within an Application Management Services environment.
• Coordinate functional, technical and testing teams to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
• Testing Governance — regression testing, SIT and UAT completed and signed off prior to production deployment.
• Risk and Change Management — managing risks, dependencies, change impacts and RAID logs with RAG status reports.
• UK Statutory/Payroll Compliance — overseeing releases to ensure use of correct updates.
• ITIL & Change Processes — strong knowledge of ITIL principles and formal change management processes.
• Planning & Problem-Solving — excellent release/delivery planning capabilities and analytical skills.
• Customer & Quality Focus — strong customer orientation and quality awareness for public sector engagements.

Responsibilities
