Oracle EBS Functional Lead Financial Systems Delivery Manager | Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the Functional Lead and SME for Oracle EBS and EPM Fusion
• Leading stakeholder engagement within the global Finance team
• Leading the offshore delivery team
• Collaborating with Managed Service Providers and internal technology teams
• Ensuring delivery of Finance solutions software, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expense Reporting, and more
• Promoting best practices, compliance, and innovation in service delivery
• Partnering with business and technology teams for aligned execution
• Keeping abreast of industry and technology trends for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in service delivery within a global, matrixed environment
• Strong expertise in Oracle Operations Service Strategy, Oracle EBS, and Oracle EPM Fusion modules
• Proficiency managing third-party Cloud Services and understanding deployment models (Public, Hybrid, Private Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience managing global services with internal and external providers
• Knowledge of audits and compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC, GDPR)
• Effective team leadership and development skills
• Ability to engage with Senior Leadership and collaborate as a team player

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in relevant roles, including Quality Assurance, software development, project management, and operations
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle EPM Fusion implementations
• Background in Finance & Reporting within a global organization
• Experience implementing EPM ARCS for reconciliation and consolidation, guiding third-party system integrators to align with best practices

Role Overview:

Managing Delivery for the ECS Financial Business Systems Portfolio, driving user confidence and engagement. This involves overseeing daily delivery of key Finance solutions and evolving these services to meet business needs, including a significant transformation of legacy financial systems to modern PaaS/SaaS solutions, targeted for 2025.
