Job summary

VE3 seeks an Oracle Service Delivery Manager (SC Cleared) to own the day-to-day delivery of a major Oracle Cloud shared service in a remote/hybrid UK setup. You will manage incidents, changes, and the release cycle while coordinating with Oracle Fusion functional consultants across HCM, payroll, ERP financials, and EPM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running service delivery for a live, business-critical enterprise system (Oracle Cloud Fusion preferred).
• Strong ITIL-based incident, problem and change management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs across incidents, requests and changes.
• Chair or oversee incident, problem and change management processes, including major incident handling and post-incident reviews.
• Plan and manage rota for support cover and out-of-hours on-call for serious incidents.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to prioritise and sequence work, including quick fixes and larger configuration changes.
• Own relationships with product owners and business leads, ensuring clear impact assessments for consultants.
• Manage the quarterly Oracle release cycle end to end across HCM, ERP financials and EPM.
• Track capacity, workload and risk, flagging resourcing or skills gaps early.
• Own service governance with reviews, reporting packs and continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure test evidence, configuration records and documentation are maintained.
• Contribute to knowledge management and feed lessons from incidents into service runs.
