Job summary

Version 1, a leading Oracle partner with 30+ years of experience delivering Enterprise Applications, ERP, HCM, and EPM solutions, is hiring a Programme Delivery Lead in the United Kingdom. You will own end-to-end Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM delivery and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM).
• Strong background in MSP and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM programmes.
• Act as the primary client interface and build strong, trusted relationships.
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop and manage robust programme plans aligned to our MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
