Morgan Law is seeking an HR Systems Analyst within a public sector transformation programme to support the design, configuration and rollout of Oracle Cloud HCM. The role integrates HR, IT and finance streams to deliver a secure, scalable system that enhances employee and manager experiences.

The post holder will bridge business and technical teams, own requirements clarity, and drive data migration and system integration activities across the programme landscape.

Formación

• Ownership of requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), and gap analysis across HR, payroll and finance processes.
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM in a technical capacity, supporting implementation, configuration and enhancement activity across core HCM modules.
• Ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear requirements, decisions and traceability throughout delivery lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering and process mapping for HR, payroll and finance workflows.
• Coordinate handover into BAU, including service documentation, support models and SLAs.
• Collaborate with System Integrators to challenge designs and ensure solution quality.
