Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions Ltd seeks a Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) to drive timely, high-quality resolutions of escalated Oracle Exadata and Database Administration issues. You will mentor staff, develop SOPs, and ensure adherence to change plans and capacity planning.

You will present root cause and trend analyses to stakeholders to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Exadata and Oracle DB administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution of escalated tickets related to Oracle Exadata and DB Admin.
• Mentor team members by preparing SOPs and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions.
• Validate change plans and participate in capacity planning to optimize resources.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders by gathering feedback and addressing issues.
• Present analyses (root cause, trend analyses) to key stakeholders to drive improvements.
